INS Vikramaditya To Be Based at Karwar, Karwar Likely To Become Indian Navy's 3rd Op Command

The Indian Navy will base its so far largest ever, in its inventory, warship, the INS Vikramaditya-to be commissioned on November 16th in Russia, in Karwar. Karwar is likely to be upgraded to a full-fledged Command, thereby making it the Navy's 3rd operational Command.
