CO 16 Cavalry Injured, 2-I-C Killed In Samba Terror Attack

Col Avin Utthaiya injured and, 2-i-C Lt Col Bikramjeet Singh of 16 Cavalry killed in terror attack today morning. They were in the Officers Mess of the unit, when the terrorists struck, Unit is right next to the main road/IB.
