They keep on having conferences...if we keep on waiting for the day we will equal China's military prowess then we've had it...presently we can at least fight the chinese to a stalemate with a small loss of territory...i think that's worth the risk if it'll be a morale booster for the forces and they'll stop fearing the chinese as the pakis fear us.
